The Tom Pondoff Eleven Foundation exists to bridge the most critical and overlooked gap in recovery: The eleven months between leaving rehab and reaching one year sober.
OUR PROGRAM
The Tom Pondoff Eleven Foundation is named in honor of a life that mattered.
Our program name — the Next 11 — reflects the simple but powerful equation at the heart of everything we do: When someone completes 30 days of inpatient rehab, they have fought one of the hardest battles of their life. But research shows that what happens in the next eleven months determines whether that fight leads to lasting freedom or relapse. We exist for those eleven months. We are the bridge between where treatment ends and where lasting recovery begins — the one-year mark that science identifies as the turning point in long-term sobriety.
