We financially assist and work with sober living placements for clients exiting inpatient rehab, partnering with vetted facilities across our multi-county region to ensure immediate, stable, substance-free housing.

Our Clinical Director and Case Manager provide individualized care planning, treatment linkage, mental health referrals, and benefits navigation for every client in the program.

We coach clients through the practical realities of rebuilding a life: budgeting, transportation, document recovery, legal navigation, and peer connection, so they are fully equipped at the one-year mark.
