Founded by Chris Pondoff in memory of his father, Tom, a beloved dad lost to addiction.
Chris later found his own path to recovery and along the way, saw firsthand the gap that exists after treatment ends, and started TP11 to close it. The Next 11 Program carries Tom's name forward by giving others 11 months of wraparound support after treatment, because recovery takes more than 30 days; it takes a community.
"Inpatient detox and rez (residential) were a necessary reset and controlled environment that I needed to start my journey to healing and sobriety. However, it was living in a sober environment, my outpatient program, and my network/community that helped me get my bearings and lay a foundation for sustainable recovery and real transformation. Basically, the next eleven months after inpatient helped me find my smile again. And that’s what we are trying to do here at the Tom Pondoff Eleven Foundation.”

Picture this moment.
Someone walks out of a 30-day rehab program. They’ve done the hard work. They’ve made the decision to change their life. They are full of hope — and completely on their own.
No sober housing... No job... No support system... And nearly half of them will relapse within the year.
We are ready.
We just need you.

1 Full year sober
The milestone that
changes everything
Passing one year of sobriety changes the odds. Fewer than half of individuals who reach a full year of sobriety relapse afterward — the first 12 months represent the highest-risk period, and surviving it significantly reduces long-term relapse likelihood. (Addiction Group / Recovery Research Institute)
The danger window is immediate. Multiple longitudinal studies show relapse events concentrate in the first 30–90 days after discharge — precisely the window where wraparound support has the most leverage. (Top of the World Ranch, citing NIDA/SAMHSA data)

This Is The Moment
Founding Partners are the reason the Tom Pondoff Eleven Foundation can open its doors. You are the reason someone gets a phone call instead of a dead end. You are the reason someone walks into a sober living home instead of back to the street. You are the reason someone stands up eleven months from now and says — I made it.
Research tells us that reaching one year of sobriety nearly halves the risk of relapse. We are asking you to help us build the bridge that gets people there.
Your name will be on our website, in our newsletters, and on every piece of our public launch — because Founding Partners deserve to be seen. You didn’t wait until we were famous. You showed up when it counted.
